About Ben Brink

Building around transition, community, futures, and hidden systems.

I am the founder of Flux Forward and the host of Bennu Community. Not Yet is where I keep the wider thinking behind the work: identity, belonging, systems, future-facing work, and the space between ideas and action.

Story

From philosophy and media to community, business, and future-facing work.

My path has not been linear. I started in philosophy and journalism, moved into business development and growth, spent years building communities and media projects, and later rebuilt parts of my own life after moving countries.

That is why transition is not an abstract topic for me. It is personal, professional, and practical. I care about the moments when people have capacity, experience, and ambition, but the system around them cannot fully read what they bring.

Flux Forward grew from that question. Bennu helped me listen to many nonlinear journeys. Not Yet gives me a place to think in public before the ideas become too fixed.
